Messy Divorce

A brand new client known as our office to find out if we could trace her soon to be ex husband to find out if he was cohabiting. She is nearing the finish of a messy divorce and needs to discover out if her husband is living with somebody else. She has stayed within the marital residence with their two children and he has stopped paying upkeep but she cannot locate him.

The lady told us that her husband left about 9 months ago. He told our client that there was nobody else involved, he just couldn’t live like he had been any longer. Though devastated by his decision to leave our client believed there was no one else involved. At 1st he created normal payments to her for the young children but more than the months it is acquiring less and much less. He won’t tell her where he is living but she believes he is operating in the same location.

We decided to follow him property from function 1 evening to see if he went back to his living address. He went to the pub very first with a couple of men from his function. Right after and hour and a half he took a brief walk to a property and let himself in having a key. We waited around to see if anybody else went back to the address. A woman pulled up onto the drive outside and let herself in having a key. We produced a note of the address and took photos of the Target and the woman letting themselves into the home.

We checked out the address and discovered out the name of the woman. The target was not registered as living there - his last known address was that of the marital residence. We did far more surveillance more than three days and discovered that he was living there. With the information supplied, in a report to our client she could then be sure that the CSA had the best data for him.
